The La Giuva winery is located in the hills north of Verona, a few kilometers from the Lessinia Park. The estate lies within the Valpolicella appellation area, at an elevation of around 400 meters above sea level, on hillsides once home to old vineyards and surrounded by a richly biodiverse landscape of vines, olive trees, fruit trees, meadows, and woodland.

La Giuva wines express the character of Trezzolano, a small village in the upper Val Squaranto, known for its hilly, limestone-rich soils and breezy conditions.


Native grape varieties ripen here: Corvina, with medium-sized clusters and its distinctive wing, the famous "recie"; Corvinone, with loose clusters and large berries; Rondinella, with round, blue-black berries; and Oseleta, known for its small clusters, remarkable structure, and deep color.

At Giuva, we strive to remain true to what the land gives us. Our aim is to bring the character of our grapes into every glass, with the utmost respect for the identity of high-hillside wines.
